At Pharaoh’s Garden, LLC, we take great care in preparing and delivering your plant-based skincare and wellness products. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality, processing times may occasionally extend during peak seasons or promotional periods. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we grow—expanded shipping options are coming soon.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Pharaoh’s Garden is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pharaoh’s Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will gladly review your claim and work toward a fair resolution.


Natural & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Our products are crafted with natural, plant-based ingredients and may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery to preserve product integrity.
